Name is Irene. Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. Has no last name, like Madonna, or Cher. A maker of stuff. Used to work as Senior User Experience Designer at LinkedIn making cool stuff. Currently taking a gap year working on personal projects. Gets emotional over a lot of things, mainly typography and TV. Can’t draw even if her life depends on it. Fictional projects keep her sane. Had once considered making a career change in becoming a professional photographer and failed miserably. An introvert most of the time, but who isn’t these days?

Didn’t expect to love this city SO much despite the scorching heat, the humidity and all the Myeongdong street vendors who’re trying to cheat our money 😏😏 I miss walking around Bukchon Hanok Village and hopping from one cafe to the next

Did not meet Kim Jae Wook in Seoul but that just gave me more reasons to come back 😏

I’m supposed to be writing my performance evaluation today, started at 10am and only 3 paragraphs in 🤦&zwj;♀️ what are you all up to? I still daydream about NYC facades everyday 😍

Throwback to one of the best coffee I had in Japan. Looking forward to a lot more cups when I’m in Seoul in about a week!

Woke up exhausted this morning after staying up till 3 am last night cleaning up old content from the blog so I decided to treat myself to some afternoon tea at @villonsf today ⭐️

Where I’d rather be staying tonight ☝️ This heatwave has gotten me throwing irrational tantrums all day 😭 I even got angry at my door for not working properly 🥴

With weather like this, I’d be cranky as hell if I was in Sunnyvale for the weekend 😭 so glad to have spent a night at Carmel Valley Ranch 🙏
